An authentic house over 100 years old, carefully restored. Two spacious bedrooms, modern indoor bathroom and traditional outdoor bathroom. Shaded terrace, children's playground, private courtyard with BBQ and the complete tranquility of the fishing village of Murighiol.
The house belonged to the village priest of Murighiol and has a history of over 100 years. We bought it in 2002 and began restoration in 2020, trying to preserve as much of the house's authenticity as possible — the original doors and windows, the wood above, the thick earthen walls and the reed roof. We took care of every essential element that belongs to the house: the decorative eaves trim, the clay plastering under the eaves, the wooden laths. We tried to restore the house exactly as it was, with respect for every detail of it.
A place with soul, reborn with respect for the past and open to the beauty of the Danube Delta. We look forward to welcoming you to experience true rest in an authentic Dobrogean house.
